Payment is accepted through Paypal. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Due to the nature of the metals used in these pieces, they may tarnish over time. To bring back the original shine, you can either use a polishing cloth to buff it up, or use a toothbrush with lemon juice, baking soda and warm water. 
Please keep in mind that some types of metal (brass) react differently with people's skin. 

To help prevent tarnish, please store jewelry in a dry and safe place. Avoid exposing to humidity and moisture. We recommend removing jewelry before showering or exercising.

SHIPPING
All Hey Murphy items are handmade in Austin and made to order. Expected US delivery time is 4-7 business days after your package has been mailed. 
Items are shipped using USPS and your shipment's tracking information will be provided upon shipment. 

International rates are available. Shipping varies based on the country and will be added once you've entered in your information. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive depending on the destination. 

Hey Murphy is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail. Thank you for your understanding. 

RETURNS
Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving the item. Since all items are handmade, we are only able to offer exchanges for store credit. Please contact us at heysmurphy@gmail.com if you have any concerns or questions. 

If items are damaged when they arrive, please let us know as soon as you receive them. Please mail back the damaged piece and once received a full refund will be issued, shipping not included.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost both ways.
